Piccadilly Group Launch Event Location: The Vinyl Factory, Soho Date: November 2010 Objective: To deliver a creative event experience for the launch of a new IT consultancy.
Over 200 existing and prospective clients were invited to the launch of the Piccadilly Group; a newly formed and innovative IT consultancy who were looking for an event experience a little different from the corporate norm.
CP Bespoke was approached to design and deliver just that: a different kind of event that had guests talking and networking from the moment they arrived.
Walking through the shop front of Phonica Records, an independent record store, invitees were drawn down into the exposed red-brick, industrial space hidden beneath that is the Vinyl Factory. The whole space was dressed to reflect the Piccadilly Group’s corporate identity and desire to offer clients a fresh and forward-thinking approach. Edgy neon lighting effects, sharp, clean designs for the meeting, seating and eating areas and modern food and drink options all set the scene for an evening alive with possibilities.
Noise of Art provided the ambience, music and atmosphere with a bespoke DJ / VJ set incorporating an AV re-edit of ‘Piccadilly’; a 1928 film about London clubs and nightlife. And by interspersing the key business messages and presentations, the evening built up to a crescendo that proved to be part club night, part new business opportunity and total success.
“CP Bespoke surpassed our expectations. Quite simply, they provided a highly professional, creative and magical experience for our clients and guests.”Dan Hooper, MD, Piccadilly Group
